"Could not connect to server"

I've checked the site, I've tried the command promt guide, the program in This topic is broken or just gone. Anyone mind helping me out here or informing me? I seem to be missing something.
My OS is W7...I don't have a clue what to do. Totally lost. Ya know, I'm itching for some arena. I think I'm addicted to this game. P:|

Edit: Found the program in that topic and it didn't work. Did it the manual way(again) and it still didn't work.

I have no idea whats wrong with my launcher.

Why don't they put that up on the site...? There isn't anything about maintenance at all. .-.

It's the usual maintenance time (Every Thursday 0:00 - 2:00 a.m. PDT, as it is written on the side of the CBEN homepage), and they tend to take an hour or two longer, it's nothing out of the ordinary.

Oh okay, thanks then. Haven't been playing for very long.
