Rocket Starter vs Running start

Aren't both the same? which is faster? which one is better for lnd and which one is better for AIR?

I might be getting mess up but isn't running start the prop effect while rocket starter is speed up?

Rocket Starter - Speed goes up.
Running Start - Boost Time goes up.
