New Ivis can inflict slow (JP)

So I was playing a few games just now on the JP servers and...apparently new ivis has ability to inflict slow with a hit. o.O if I was any the wiser and had enough Yen, I'd go buy an Aquila. Seriously, Ivis gets more broken with each update. :/

That is broken.

The only way to escape an ivis is to run away or fly. With this ivis there is no way to get away from her.

It's like they're trying to sabotage their own game.

U sure it's the ivis itself? Because u do know u can tune the arm to have slow effect

I did not see SLOW on the effects of the weapon.

It is likely she was tuned to do such.

Even if they removed SLOTS from her parts, someone could always try to equip SLOW BALL SHOOTER or add slow effect to another weapon via tunes.

It's an ingenious tactic.

I'm surprised it took this long for someone to make it happen.

alright stop ranting about people being smart with ivis. if you don't like ppl use ivis just ragerun or ragequit or ragewhatever. this is totally an useless post -___-

I confirmed this was indeed a tuning effect and yes it is quite ingenious.
