I guess I need to clarify something:

I'm a non-paying guy, pure UC here. Only reason I even HAVE those EX and Capa tunes are the freebies we get. XD

Also, edited her a bit more to match my preferences.

Then don't put those ex tunes on locked parts but do so on handhelds. Also, even without those, you can still make ex tuned handhelds with all the generics, prots and harmonics that CS gives this days.
Omega harmonics can go for the last ex tune, unless you have the cosmos that lets you do the tune that you need in that slot. It's a reasonable investment that will get you by for a good while, because if a bot isn't being used, handhelds and acc can go on other bots instead.
The only problem is that you might end up needing many different handhelds for multiple bots, some need beta tunes, other need alpha, other need vanilla. (On bots that you don't use a bit, you can ex beta all the way, but on bots that want to keep the bit, like lnd gunners that run on tec and tec airs / fly tuned arts, a mix of ex high and ex beta will be better than ex alpha + ex alpha for HP in many cases.)
But if you just don't use ex tunes on locked parts unless you really need them (all locked parts means that you will need to do 2 ex on the locked parts to get 10 tunes), you will have plenty of mats to make ex handhelds/acc (some BS are good in multiple things and so good for ex tunes as well).

Sure H Capa was free, but a Haruka doesnt need it, and its a waste on her (even if your a free player, you can get better moes from Thx and Anniv Gara that deserve H capa more than her and there also 3 slot)

Haruka and Akane have insane cost almost on par with a Resha/Eris and tuning them without a Capa is so easy and simple, H techs make em H tech alpha/beta for more capa to use, H ranger/H eagles tunes should never be used, instead of H ranger/eagle make some H techs into alpha/beta and turn your regular tecs into rangers instead, more HP and flexibility capa wise


Also EX and Capa tunes can be done without those freebies by anyone no matter if you pay or dont for this game, even before cards $$ didnt influence mats for EX tunes it only let you buy tune up sets on rare occasions and Slot protectors and Harmonics which with cards nowadays are easy to get. paying just speeds things up so if you spend enough time here in CB you should have plenty in no time (not capa wise, that you need to rlly farm mats for since they want tons of mats)

things you really need to invest are handhelds and accs

with help of freebies , you tunes will be more easier
