Haruka JT:

35 tech only cause the last breakpoint for force on her weapon is 35 and more tech doesnt give anymore force well theres still tgh reduction but noone tunes tgh anymore so i dont think i need that badly 40 tech instead of tech ill just pump more hp and 30 cost ofc for loop swag or accele roll. Is there anything else i should consider?

there is always tgh reduction even at lower values.
keep your str positive to use propeller bits, especially if you are using an air action cart that drains your boost fast.
get 40 tec, drop tgh.
shell guard is worthless.

I dropped the sentinel tunes for ranger tunes so i got 40 tech but about the str welp theres no need i just use the new core tune.

that's not how it works. You'll get ~13 seconds of wb which is still terrible compared to getting 30 or so if you had 1 str.

here's my build. You can improve it by adding EX tunes. scarlet crystal can be replaced with 1s bancho cape and will actually improve the build since you can get 10 more hp by swapping a tech to a ranger.
