Little help with Haruka's build.

Well i'm kind of lost here, Haruha's base fly and tec are not bad at all but her STR and WLK(5/8) leave little room for tune up conversion. Can only use up to 4 high boost betas(any further than that, no more propellers.) and 3 aditional high boost alphas after that(or be a free kill whenever i need an emergency landing).

So wondering what would be the best worthwhile tunes, regular 5 cost +1 stat ones or maybe acrobat for 20 cost and +1fly/tec...


Other than that, any insights on what would be good for Haruka?

I'm mystified as to how people are having problems with her base stats, I can get 40 tec 38 fly with plenty of room left no problem.
