Why not x3 Force tune the Beam Missiles and the Lightning Buster?
IMO, Short Boost is better so you can tunnel Arts gain altitude faster.
My Akane has 0 STR because I think that MB Airs spend more time on ground (Compared to other Airs) and don't gain anything from extended flight time.
MB Airs use Air Loop for a reason.

But since I see all these +1 tunes I guess you're aiming for something cheap and simple. I have been contemplating CV tunes so I can take out these annoying Monicas/Kaguras in the back lines.
Almost forgot, Broad Radar, getting to know where is everyone at anytime is just too good, kill the LNDs before they reach your team mates.
