| I normally use it to keep distance from approaching melees. Not sure what to tune it I'm afraid since I feel like I shouldn't max out STR at the cost of TEC and vice-versa. Until then I'll consider testing what WP tunes will work. Thanks Arti. | |

| Actually it also helps in reducing effect of slow turn from fire pillars and other sources. Not sure if this applied to Powerless :/ | |
