Well, 400 Green + 400 Red + 24 Generic is what you could aim for, how you are to acquire the chips is up to you, you could just ouka a bunch of junk to trade up those chips, to acquire them from friends, or sell some generics/rainbows for red/green chips, I'll let the bidding run until the moment Kitouski (or whoever the current bid winner is) is ready to trade.
