I've tried to make 2 different builds for homura:
first is fly based hopper and second is run/sway
I'd like some opinion... i'd rather go with fly hopper (i could do run hopper too)

Ask yourself what you are actually hoping to achieve with this.

When you take a cart, ACTUALLY imagine how it affects you and your target in actual combat scenario, don't just take them because you think they are good.

Also, you are 415 HP Guard-less Homura, what do you intend to do with sway that your teleport and boost run don't already cover?

Well i did say that i made this build in 4 minutes, its not going to be perfect. You could switch sniper sight with a guard cart. Seriously, i'm still a noob at making any kind of builds, and i just slapped it in there to fill in the remaining capa. I just thought it might be good since looking at how i'm not going to be using ex-tunes anytime soon, i'm probably going to be the "shoot and run" type. ʕ •ᴥ•ʔ just saying.

Also, i've done fine with a 405 HP Homura. I forgot to mention that my Homura has custom sway and eco boost run. So.... getting away from lands isn't that difficult for me.

A 415HP Guard-less Homura is destined for a defensive role where you just hit whatever that comes to you (like how most arts are played these days, for better or worse), Boost Run + jacket dodge should be sufficient for any evasion needs at your max range and sway would just be a luxury.

But WHAT IF, i did ex-tunes? That would rack me up to... 560 hp? That would be enough hp for me to be in the "middle lines". I selected sway because it had a short invincibility frame(?) and that would help me dodge some bullets from crowd-diving airs, aka Fractulus Girl. Sway can also be helpful when playing in maps like Angel Academy.

Mini-Sidetrack : Who else thinks that the pumpkin case looks werid? ʕ •ᴥ•ʔ/

Been playing my Homura with a simple High Shooter tune (@Level 5)

Haven't found any trouble unless triple teamed.

Otherwise, she pretty much a solid art for taking out various things. Aiming upwards isnt a problem... also aiming at your backside is hilarious.

Slash -> Float Dash -> Knife Throw -> Cannon for stopping targets -> Wonder Bit Dodge.

Funny how deploying wonderbit damages anything near her -> Then Substitution away.

Combine both and make a dual boot thing.

Spoiler:

Replace sway with either blast guard , shell guard, shortboost, floatdash, quickboost or snipersight. Replace 2nd Anniv. Flag with Theia's BSJ thing. Replace broad for free capa.

It's for running homo, Accel roll is there for flying homo. Or replace it with some other cart i dunno

Having 31fly, accelleroll, and disgusting dash maneuver is enough already. Boostrun+ecoboost run on fly mode just adds bonus mobility on ground for a flying slut

or have multiple homos to do your bidding
