Okay... I'm new... but I've recently been seeing some tiny land bots just running around the map like speed daemons taking on so much DMG, it's not even funny... let alone only receiving like only 5-10dmg per shot.
What kind of builds are those things? Really annoying as f***... and I wouldn't mind having one of my own.

Accel Sabers, were the first UC mech to ever recieve so much awesomeness~.
2 Heads. Allows 4 Accessories. Accel Saber BD itself has lots of store capacity, even at Level 5. You can break 36WLK with simple tunes. (2 High WLK Alphas) and still have enough room to put Handy Bazooka. The small frame allows smaller legs (Lazflamme LG or Ace Braver LG)
Another note is that, when he got into the game, a lot of people literally completed their Buridens (This is Japan, since he was added into a UCGarapon20xfor3200UC) along with Tonosama Lander and Blitz Pawnger (Red Squealer and Hoverion) all @ 3 Slots each... this made a lot of UC Users happy.
Accel Saber AMs alone are equippable by any body. Land bots became more aggressive shooters because of the BD and the AMs.
Airs got more TEC and HP (compared to 3s Mecha Jetter AMs). Arts as well. SUPs got use of Accel Saber LGs xD... and the HD.
I've pretty much amounted 100+ Accel Saber AMs from said garapon, to this day i aint selling them (since i'm tuning them now).

accel saber with short boost, quick land, scout rifle and handy zook will murder everything.

I'm going to try to keep it at Level 6 to keep costs low as possible... yet still give me SB and QL.
My goals: 1) Small as possible 2) Cheap as possible
I chose the Accel Saber BD for the 2-heads, and LazFlamme LG for the 2-boosters. I currently own a LazFlamme with 2-slots... and the Accel Saber GP has 1-slot only.
-- Please let me know what parts I should change to make this better. -- What's the max WLK I need for this hopper? -- What's the minimum TGH, FLY, TEC I need? -- Any other Carts I should get? -- Where do I get the Moulin BSJ?

Well for wlk u either go with 31 or 36 wlk with 31 being the last break point for hopping speed and 36 being the last breakpoint for normal running
for tec u should go as high as u can(break points for handy zook is 24 28 32 34 39
IMO both blast guard and sword guard are good carts to get to have your hopper survive longer
Moulin BSJ can be gotten from UC gara DX(But I don't recomand it on hoppers....makes your hitbox huge)
This is what I would build because I prefer balista shooter to handy zooks

such misinformation.
36wlk is the last movespeed breakpoint for running. 30wlk is the last breakpoint for hopping. 32wlk is the second to last breakpoint for movespeed, and the closest breakpoint above 30.
