So my BR points are like 5 ish and i was wondering how can i lower it? I want to play at the lower then 3.0 room cause i love playing with a non pro players. I want to practice there and make my self better. Any suggetion how to lower my BR?

Just keep losing in BR Rooms. Keep losing and watch your BR points getting lower and lower.

So i manage to make my BR lower again and now it is about 2.5 ish. So i saw 2 rooms that has BR lower than 3.0. 1 room is empty and 1 room is almost full like 12 players each team. I can join the room that is empty but i can't join the room that is almost full. Why does this happend? Both of the room needs to be lower than 3.0 but i can't join the almost full one. Please help me with this

Probably the destination is overcrowded and the system prevents you from entering the said room. This issue also happens to me a lot, for example, when I try to join Return from Hades Chaos Room (as you know, everyone is squeezing themselves into the said room).

On room is for players with a Battle Rating (aka BR) of 3 and below. The other is for players with a BR of 3 and above. If you really seek to improve yourself try the 3 and above room or any non-restricted room. Note that the BR. 3 and above room uses the low latency system.
Beginner rooms and Hard+ missions can be a good training to.

do not confuse "brave" point systems (via missions you get "BRAVE" for every stage you clear) with the BR system.
