Brave Lios is, in my opinion, one of the single most versatile characters in this game. Capable of being a melee fiend, a hopper, or even a hybrid between the two, he excels in combat at almost all ranges, and is ridiculously easy to tune. His WB is in my opinion the best single-use WB, and arguably one of the best WB overall. So, without further ado, let's get started.
Weapons Brave Lios has his choice of four different weapons: two mains, and two subs. We'll start with the main weapons.
Bladine Soul: 3-Way Slash With this attack, Lios shoots 3 arrows with weak homing towards the locked on target. While their stats are fairly mediocre, when combined with hypershot, they become a veritable wall of projectiles. Their homing is marginally better towards airborne targets, but in order to make for a decent weapon, it needs some heavy tuning. Due to the number of projectiles, I'd recommend a combination of basic force tunes and possibly a speed-enhancing tune.
Guard I'll edit this when I have an actual keyboard.
And now, for the subweapons.
Bladine Soul: Sword Similar to Luto Mikazuchi RS' combo, this is a short-but-powerful combo with virtually no cooldown. It can be looped indefinitely, and has very good tracking. Its hitbox is relatively large, but it is best used against single targets, as chasing down multiple enemies allows them to outmaneuver you during the combo. A number of tunes can be very effective, but slow is my preference, as one of the major flaws to the combo is the fact that if an enemy gets away in midcombo, it is rather difficult to catch them again.
Brave Attack Ditto
Other Features
Wonder Bit: Bladine This is a single-use WB, meaning that once your WB Gauge is charged, you can use a devastatingly effective attack. In this case, Lios summons the Ark of Courage, Bladine, who then rockets forth and attacks with a sword. This results in a HUGE AOE attack that stuns, knocks back, and does 80+ damage. It is not uncommon to get 500+ points of damage added to your score after using it on a group of people. However, unlike most other bits of this type, it does not require any form of aiming. Once summoned, it attacks the nearest target on the map, be it a tree or an enemy. It can also travel an absurdly long distance in order to get to it's target, especially if you have the high ground. When used against healing enemies, it not only destroys the bit, it usually wipes out 2 or 3 of the people being healed, making it very effective against heal pits. However, use against single enemies is difficult, especially when dealing with someone who has any form of common sense. They can just backtrack out of range.
I'll be adding more to this guide later, including builds, stats, carts, etc.

Okay

combining this attack with a more traditional hopper weapon makes him absolutely ferocious
Please no

Guard It doesn't just block and minimize damage, it makes him completely invulnerable he is completely immobile when using it I use it like a WB dodge with melees, watching them pass right through me and then running away.
What? What? What? Is it really Brave Lios? No i just rechecked that to be sure that im not crazy, u can move while guarding completely fine, and it doesnt defends vs AOE attacks, just like other guard. It defends from backhits unlike other guards though. Usable for 30 ammo = 30 seconds, 5 seconds at a time, with ~ 5 second CD on ALL main weapons. Look here how im blocking Meluc but still get damaged from gay pheonix https://www.youtube.com/watch?feature=player_detailpage&v=oToUamWNnwY#t=21

Fine, whatever

It doesnt ahve any special stun, and homing on it is great, a lil more and it would be gay as fuck. just spam it while ure not getting focused. Damage on this is turbo high too.

Except that is is worthless agains any 1v1 opponent who is atleast as clever as a chicken to run the fuck out of dat bigass Bladine who has to chargeup for like 5 seconds before strike. Add to that that Lios is immobile for ~2 seconds while casting it without normal WB frame of invulnerability. Good vs crowds though, but dont expect 500+ damage from single heal group.

Weapon Slot in the case of a hopper, it can be used with a pierce gun, bazooka, or other traditional hopper weapon.
Why The Fuck Would You Do That
Just use any other land core for that.
Im done

Oh well, i kinda managed to do this.
Behold! Brave Lios is turbo brave!:
Not the best stuff u can possibly do with him, but it shows his capabilities. (of not being able to kill any of 4 low hp enemies =____= ), Hard to see numbers though ;-;. He has some kind of derp power to dodge voxes too (i can't yet understand how he does that xD) He is very slot-hungry, means he is hard to tune ;-;
But he is turbo fun to play anyways :3
Build:
He is veeeery lazily tuned.

Why would you tell someone to follow a guide with incorrect info? A guide doesn't misGUIDE you, and if he's trying to correct your mistakes, maybe you should edit the incorrect info and put the correct info in it's place/add whatever wasn't there before.

This isn't funny anymore. Meh. Do I really have to make it realistic? I mean, look at this thread: http://www.cosmicbreakfanforum.com/t11470-luto-mikazuchi-rs
If it's good enough for Winty...

I'd say having vague and somewhat pointless/known information is better than flat out wrong information.
The "lel I was just trollinggg xD other people did it!" is a pretty lame copout.

The butthurt is strong with this one.
Would you stop being a little bitch and accept the fact that you're blatantly wrong?
And what the fuck does this have anything to do with Winty and his guide?

Nothing, really. And of course I was blatantly wrong, that was the point. However, your sage advice has enabled me to see the error of my ways and glimpse the untold pain and suffering I have caused. Never again shall I attempt to use levity in the hallowed and sacrosanct halls of the Cosmic Break English Forum.
