i just find out it is totally diffrent, Luto RS Kikotou Raikou Sheath shoot better for blocking incoming enemy projectiles and still some times can stun but not always happen.

the old luto shoot a bit faster to hit sigle enemy and general purpose 100% stun and stop the enemy from moving around.

haven't recorded anything in awhile, game client getting slow again. Probably should reinstall.

I kinda regret untuned all of my RS tunes during the 're-tune' campaign...but with CC I'm seeing better with her. Being stunned from all the shots really hurts RS during combo... ._.

Finally gets to watch the full video. Definitely getting that Crimson Crusader on RS. Normally if I melee towards alpha-ing ART (like that Roar), I will definitely be stunned. Nice video Winty! Now I'm really hype to get back to my RS!

Winty, just wanna ask ur personal opinion. Knowing that ur RS doesn't have CV, how well do you do with only CC?

i do alright
basically the way I see CB in general is a game of rock paper scissors.
There are things you will kill
there are things that will kill you
there are things where it can go either way
If CV will change this in any helpful way(move things from one category to a better one), then take it.
If CV won't change this, then there's no reason to have it.
compared to CC, revenge:CV doesn't actually change much. Against super armor/CV melee you will probably lose the damage race since the duration of her shock is really short.
CC is actually far more useful than revenge CV would be for artillery, because it allows you to click at things without having to hope for an RNG proc(assuming you get great success and thus 100% CC)
airs will kill you no matter what you have, so it doesn't really help you there.
Honestly I think that CC is more helpful than taking away capacity to put revenge CV on.
With this tune being a thing, CV is probably better for gunners or step-booster melee than combo melee.

I'd use her more if melee tracking in this game wasn't complete bullshit.
