I'm not sure if its handgun or handy magnum, all I know is its like 15+cost and high ammo. Please tell me where. Very Happy

Hand gun 3s can be bought in the star shop.

You get one handy magnum mod from talking to either Crim/Ivis standing next to the tuning point. I think it was 1s?

Otherwise you can farm them in arcantus. Don't remember which particular biome though sorry :c Maybe someone else can come along and help.
