They subtract tec, seems pretty counterproductive.

I guess it's marginally more efficient, H.Run Beta + H.Tech Beta = 10 cost 2 run 1 tec, -2 fly is kind of hefty though.

30 and 35 are the final breakpoints for walk for nonland units.

Well, I could just discard the boost run and exchange it for a Capa carts(Hey, am a sniper so I'm supposed to keep myself hidden) aaand well... What would be a good weapon for Rinka that can laaast really long and has only about 65 cost? No, not zooks because those things eat mobility = 3= aaand I don't have a good aim with those... I don't mind decreasing mah TEC as long as it stays at 30 and same goes for WLK. o .o
