School Elisalotte build check

Making a build for a friend who owns a School Elisalotte and doesn't have the Rt to chance for an Elisalotte Glanz. Please take a look at it and see if it can work or not.

Change H.Run Alphas to Betas and push tec down to 1. Might suggest Revenge: CV just because her melee lacks superarmor. Drop the buckler for a Handy Mag perhaps alongside changing those HRun Alphas to Betas to make room for 2xCV. Bust up High Tanks into Tanks somehow, HTank is pretty inefficient. 3s Handy Mag is sort of rare but you can find them if you look. 2s is fairly common.

I don't understand why I should bring a Handy Mag around despite having only 1 TEC but...

Well, farming cacti/it's lower cost/doesn't get in the way like a pom does on subweapon list
