Not a fan of one slow for a melee, I like at least two if I'm going that route. I don't feel Elisa needs it because unlike Eris or something like that, it is difficult to get enough HP and TGH to justify staying comboing a full hp person to death when you're in the thick of things. I prefer 3x glads or high glads so that I can give her other things...
Also you probably need EX tunes at some point to compete with Eris if you want to for sword master/game warrior. Also possibly Cveil. Lemme see if I can find my old build for Elisa..

Feel free to rearrange tunes/add ex tunes, remove etc. I firmly believe most melees that intend to suicide will need something like Cveil or clearance, and to help increase its chance to occur, to high cap it to help -1 tgh and to give you more space to get HP. I gave her fast recovery here because she won't get clearance...and why not? One of the rarer bots to get one.
