The dispatch I doing require mission experience aka mission badge
Other than Gigan buster, I not sure which difficulty I need to do mission to get a badge

I think any mission where you use your own commando gives a badge on hard+ difficulty.

Gigan Busters, Star Cluster, Cacpetus and Pepen, 3 highest difficulties will give badge/medal.
