This build is really, really bad. You need some basic knowledge of building/tuning a bot.
You don't need sniper sight/soul eater/revenge shot on almost EVERY bot.
Max fly breakpoint is 38, no need to raise it to 40 bcuz the speed is the same
If you want CV..then 2 is enough for an air i guess
for fat shana accel roll is more useful than air loop.
Either change your bit to propeller bit and leave str at 1, or stay with the defult WB and negative str
Why don't you use accesories, cosmic cola/maracas?

althought i dont have her but generally this is what you should aim for for an air.

Mobility a must, considering that Shana has a fatass hitbox. Some 10cost +1stat handhelds will fit nicely along with it, I honestly don't think you need more than her built in weapons.
