I changed the accs and carts a little. Shana's cost is very high and her HP are a little too low like that (mine has like 100 HP more ad I find that to low still, but then again my build is more for personal entertainment than actual efficience :X).

Stun Regain extends your HP bar ever so slighty. Fast Recovery can help a lot dealing with the usual anti-air jammers and is available from Level 6, meanig that you don't need to pick a guard cart that will hardly ever help her.
Edit: I ust realised I completely ignored her TGH. Feel free to replace one of the TEC tunes with a TGH tune if you want to.
Farm ammo with the star slicer, dismount before healing, etc, of course you already knew that.
