The problem is, even if I get max EX tunes on him (in 5 years) it's only going to add like 130HP to what I have now (since I'll have to swap stuff around), which won't make much of a difference. Even his manliness can't stop all these fucking bullets.
They should've given him a main weapon shield where he'd deflect bullets by flexing.

All of Victor CV charges (5 right?), are only equivalent to what? 2 charges of Ivis? Actually, even less?

15*5= 75 seconds
Ivis would be, 50*2=100 seconds.
WOW, that's even 25 seconds more than all of Victor's charges.

the difference is that victor can have cv on demand five different times throughout the match. that's a lot more important than ivis's two times.

Which Ivis starts with 3 charges, and can get up to 9 charges.
And considering that there's only what? 2 bots that can take down CV? The number of charges isn't a big deal when there's no one to get rid of them before they go out on their own.
Victor gets the AoE, but Ivis gets faster activation. :/

That is the best idea for a shield ever. And have you calculated to HP difference for Eris? Also, I have no idea what's wrong with most of us, it's the indonet.
