I optimized your build to the best of my abilities. I left all equipment and carts the same.
Changes:
2x Crimson Veil instead of 1x.
No Capacity tunes.
No Tanks. High Beast and Sentinel instead.
-5 HP.
5 free capa.

The changes were mostly done to get 2x CV.

Spoiler:

You probably won't need tough runner unless you plan to run around a lot. It also won't work as intended if you hop a lot too. You might be better off switching it to Stun Regain to make use of your TGH and CV...

Bladyne is a single-use sub weapon similar to Pepo, isn't it?

If so you can dunk TEC and still have the same damage?

Tough Runner works fine with hops even, and also I'd suggest dropping Blast Guard for Stun Regain.

Pumpkin Meteor is a wonderbit also.

It's 100% techbased, and activated via subweapon.

I'm only asking if he works the same way, which if so frees up a lot of capacity as he isn't forced to save TEC for Bladine
