New and I have a couple of questions..

Hey everyone, joined this awesome game yesterday and getting my ass handed to me.
So here's a few questions....
Is real cash(RT) needed to be good in this game? Like any overpowered robots and stuff
How do I earn UC fast? Doing missions or union wars? I die really quickly in union wars and no one's there to help me do missions..

1. There was a time when I would've said "no." Now..."kind of." Rt is a necessity to some degree but depending on how effectively you can utilize free Rt (UC>Rt, offer walls, Rt from UC garapon/lotto cubes) you can still perform well without actually charging.

Speaking strictly in terms of UC bots I particularly recommend Seraph Crimrose (regular, not FC) with a Mini Bazooka/Plasma Gun/Beam Shooter Mod, and King Megaton with a Large Bazooka.

2. Arena and the Bastagant quest "Demonfox Haku" have more or less equal UC payout. I read somewhere yesterday that the Cacpetus mission on Extreme is even better, but I haven't looked into that yet.

What union did you choose to be in? And is your name in the game the same as your forum game?

As for your questions...

1) Like Suguri said, to a certain degree you can get by with UC if you utilize the free Rt you can get from UC > Rt conversion, offer walls, winning it in the Super UC Garapon, or from Lotto/Challe-Lotto cubes.

Rt bots that are worthy of mention are:

1. Brickgale BLUE/Brickgale RED (I recommend Brickgale BLUE as his BS has better stats and his raw core has better stats as well)
   
2. Amateus
   
3. Gwyain
   
4. Victorl I-SR
   
5. Bugsycait
   
6. Toybox (Needs a LOT of tuning to be effective but has insane capacity)
   
7. Sharhead
   
8. Baltheon
   
9. Saggitary Maxis (You may already have him if you chose Jikun Long or Crimrose as your starter robot)
   
10. Psycho Formula
    
11. Mighty Byne

Bots that are up for UC that are worthy of mention:

1. Destructor
   
2. Nicole Malice (She's in the Super UC Garapon as a Gold Ball prize)
   
3. Seraph Crimrose (Requires a Normal Crimrose at level 8, 9, or 10, plus a Seraph Promotion)
   
4. Accel Saber
   
5. Victory 1
   
6. LazFlamme
   
7. Hoverion
   
8. Helingal (It's better if you win one in the Super UC Garapon or UC Garapon DX since those Helingals are 3s, but buying the shop Helingal is fine too).

There isn't that much of a list of UC bots that I can think of that you can do really well with honestly. I'm horrible, lol.

2) Staying in Union Wars is a fast way if you place in the top 10 of matches a lot. Otherwise, Battle Planet Bastagnant in the ground area is good as well. It's recommended that you do Demonfox Haku with a party that knows what they're doing and willing to carry you before you try it on your own.

Cacpetus does indeed give nice benefits, but the sheer dificulty of it would trample newcomers. Hone your skills in the arenas first, then you can try it.

Also, a tip: Sometimes, rolling 20 rolls on Super UC gara does not only net you things that you can sell for a higher price combined (like chips), but also things that can you would save a lot if you get them by chance (like limit removals), so rolling sometimes does give a profit once you know enough.

If you're playing CB-EN, there's a limited option for you, but otherwise, it just takes time and some bits of training for yourself (In Arena). You can probably start investing on UC Garapon (Super UC, and not DX), until you can actually roll UC DX Garapon. [I'd opt you play CB-TW for a bit if you can stand chinese ]

Oh and, Lotto Cubes can net you some -useful- RT Bots such as Amateus, Saggitary Maxis I, Brickgale, Bugsycait, Sharhead, Baltheon, Pulsardio... etc

But honestly, play the game for a long time, you should be able to net all the common RT bots xD

It's a fun bot for personal fun, like coloring the billboard or putting an image in it for advertising. Or just for laughs.

Combat wise, you're better off using a chibi in my opinion.

A chibi is essentially a child version of a moe bot (Koko Gaap is exempt from this rule). They're easily recognizable with having large heads compared to their bodies, and can spawn magic circles that give certain abilities. The most common abilities are Long Range and Hyper Shot, but other abilities exist as well (Dark Mist, Crimson Veil, Bind, Auto Repair, Boost Refill, etc.)

You'll want to practice the game more before you attempt the Cacpetus mission (or any mission except for Gigan Busters - Do Gigan Busters on Easy mode first) to farm UC. Once you get the hang of it though, farm away. :3

I see, last question, my Lily rain can only level up to 5 but I heard that bots can level up to 9 o_O

The maixmum Lv. is 12, assuming the bot is a ZERO-type. All other types have a maximum Lv. of 10.

You can buy Limit Remove Lv. 5 and Lv. 8 with both Rt and UC, but the most people just spin the Super UC Garapon and wait till they got a few in there.

I added a few chibi screenies from the CB Wiki.:

With the exception of Ouka Kamuro (who is just a child), all the chibis are cursed in some way.

Astral, as much as I would like to say Blast zooka is good from shop, it isn't. 1 slot won't let you hit any gay airs at all. And using structure breaker in this server is a big no, since most here lags from the shot.

Everything else seems fine just except those two weapons you mentioned.

Oh, Chibi's are a good way to start out.

They always aim whatever's in front of them, like a pro.

Chibis are good, but they somehow make a "kill-me-please" target in arena. Like low ranks are. Something you call a easy kill.

But Chibis are cute, and should be used way more!

Only for cuntbags, most of us try avoiding them if at all possible, the game isn't all about raking up scores and kills, there's the training room if you want to shoot at immobile targets who lack the means to fight back.

I have no idea what you guys are talking about, I've never seen a Chibi survive on my team the moment they've been spotted.

They're mostly Jikun Hu-kuns, Laz-chans, Koko Gaaps and Thoarla-chans. Since pretty much everyone has them. xD

Chibis are scapegoats.
