Room hopping

- Bug in which in-progress Union Wars matches counted during Union Wars Battle Campaigns has been fixed. Bug in which in-progress matches counted towards Mate requests and Challenge Cube requirements would be counted has been fixed. Matches that you join partway through (i.e. "room hopping") will no longer count for Challenge Cubes, Mate requests, or other campaigns. Make sure to play matches from the beginning. Thank you.

I fully expect scrubs to complain about how 'their challenge lotto cubes are broken and aren't registering their arenas' now

I consider myself a Room Hopper for the simple fact that I hate that overly long timer between matches, and its lovable to be able to join in anytime to actually play whenever you want.

With this in place I'm forced to wait in a room to start if i want to drop a promotion thingy, and also forced to wait for matches completion if all have begun for that very same reason.

I understand the motivations behind this move, but I don't thing it's an incentive in playing, especially considering the already frustatingly low droprates.

I don't really think room hopping could be a problem drop wise.

Room hopping is not fun for those who already inside the room before match starts.
The moment where the room only have 5 VS 5 bot became 15 VS 15.

That also happened to me too just now. :_;
Still 70 battle left, once I finished a fight where I join from the beginning.

Also some of my alt that I log in a few minutes before today (late) maintenance didn't get those stupid cube.
Will wait until tomorrow before complain to CS.

If you load after the BP count is set it counts as a mid-match join

nice.. I approve this restriction to open cubes and for events.

This is nice, no room lock, then abuse for event will be not possible. And rom hop still available for when not cube needs to be open hahahahaha

I'm not going to open a cube or take part in campaigns ever again.

Had an epoch match, which I joined 60 seconds before it started, not count. Notes say it's supposed to count.

Does this mean that I can still play as usual (by joining what I want as I always did without looking if began or not? i want to play, not stare at a timer) and drop an ALE?
It is listed as a drop, not as part of a campaign, so...

Lucky for you, if CS is telling the truth. You may continue to room hop for drops, as those are unaffected. You may not room hop to open Challe-Lottos. That's just about it.

man, TW removed this because it becomes extremely annoying to people with Lotto Cubes and whatnot.

Even for their Onion Wars Events, Joining Midway counts now as opposed to before.
