Not really. If you're looking terms of usefulness to rates, Moon gara isnt that high up considering the weapons in that garapon are pretty bad, or I'm just using them horribly wrong.
Silvers are pretty nice. and Golds are hard to come by.

Of course, garapon is luck based, so i wouldnt be so sure. I could have just had a bad stroke of luck.
