Missile Homing vs Float Dash?

Thought of that while in a car today. Just a quick question.

Would the homing of a "missile vs float dash" be equal to a "missile vs walking unit"?

From my own experience Float Dash is like flying if it comes to homing bullets, unless it's something really sow (TBG BD in example).

I was able to Float Dash away from several Fengtians to, but that was prolly just because they were untuned.

Float Dash classifies you as airborne.

Typical missiles home weak on targets classfiied as landed.
Typical missiles home strong on targets classified as airborne.
This is highly notable with AA missiles, like the Scram Launcher and Destructor BD.
Height has nothing to do with typical missiles except aiming.
