So.
Went to a German restaurant today. I usually don't like German food because most of it has sauerkraut or other cabbage-y type items in it, but today I decided to try something new. Andddd the server, unfortunately, lied to me. I asked if the food I was getting (which I will not try to spell, as I don't want to offend Aurom/Himmel) would have peppers (the vegetable kind) in it, since that was the only dealbreaker in the breaded-pork-like food I was going to get. The server told me no, it was made with a tomato-basil sauce and had white pepper seasoning, not veggie-peppers. When it came out, I was sad to see it actually did have peppers on it.
I stole Mom's food and made her eat the pepper breaded-pork. :v She had some yummy beef in brown sauce that I really liked.
I also tried some, uh, Schnitzel (DON'T TASE ME AUROM), I think it was? Some dry pasta-y/bread-y side dish that was really good.
We came back from grocery shopping and I found three pizza lunchables hidden away in our garage fridge. I think Mom hid them there so I wouldn't eat them all. ;_;
Also, Photobucket is being a dick. It won't let me log in with Facebook, which really upsets the fact that I'm trying to update the "fancy stuff in TW" thread.
Suki learned something new! Eating German food makes you smarter!

In a city of Cebu, someone (or some people) dedicated a whole city block to Ragnarok Online.
The entire wall has paintings of fanart. Or atleast I think it's fanart, because I've never played RO.
Either way, it's pretty cool how people show their appreciation for a game.

Appreciation or addiction? To me they're just glorifying the game to a rather extreme extent.

Would you paint a city block's worth of Cosmic Break art if you were addicted to it?
Sure they might be overglorifying, but it's what they did for the game is why I chose the word "Appreciation." You're most likely going to do something that extreme if you enjoy the game, rather than just being addicted.
Also made a typo. I used "A" rather than "The". Being tired mentally kills you.

Or is it? Oh, and if I enjoy a game, I play it. Not dedicate a single city block to it just to show how much I enjoy it. Games are meant to be played. Well, most games anyway.

Gaming addiction implies that they spend all day on RO, to an unhealthy amount that destroys them and does not benefit themselves or any other part of society.
Video game addiction is defined as "an extreme use of computer and video games that interferes with daily life. Instances have been reported in which users play compulsively, isolating themselves from family and friends or from other forms of social contact, and focus almost entirely on in-game achievements rather than other life events, and exhibit lack of imagination and mood swings."
The fact that they, instead, decided to beautify an area with a mural ought to tell you that no, they are not addicted. They might be a bit crazy, but they are not addicted to gaming.

Oh, I probably ought to mention this now. Just because you show appreciation for something by doing things your way doesn't mean that's the only way people can or show appreciation for something. The world gives you many options to show your appreciation for things, and if you have the means and the permission to go all-out, why don't you? especially if it doesn't affect anyone in a negative manner.

My porn buddy decides to reappear on the one day I don't go on Facebook all day.
I spent almost the whole day grinding on Sword Girls Online. It made me extremely exhausted. Suki is no longer capable of grinding video games anymore, it seems. ;_;

And on the matter of grind fatigue, i reccomend leg streching around the house and do stuff to release tensions. Dozing a bit at the bed works well too.

I actually went outside and took a walk for a few minutes, and that helped a bit. Unfortunately I can't really do that by 9pm as it's too dark by then.
I woke up. Didn't feel like shit until I actually got out of bed. Body, why can't you just accept the fact that I'm still sleeping like this?
