2 railgun builds I made up-need feedback

The first build is dealing with a mobile small art that can pack a punch.

The next build is a walk based art that is less agile but kicks people in the face with more force.

Now, all I want is some feedback. The parts my seem a bit weird but for some reason I have more heads and arms than lgs and bs. I just thought about some of the stats they gave were pretty nice and threw 1+1 together. I maxed out tec on saggi cuz I keep forgetting the break points...all the time. The same with lily. Not sure what the break point for tec is. Also Since lily was build fly based I chose quick boost ans short boost. Correct me if I messed that up.(I know you guys will XD)

Basically I wanted to make a flying art and a land art. When I play land bots and dodge everything with my epic speed and end up racking up the damage..it feels good. Also, With air they piss me off so much so I wanna blow their faces off with freaking railguns.

Last thing: For those people who say "Handy zooka is best for her" ...well I wanna do something new..even if its worst just to try it.

Give me feedbacks on nub build(if it is nub o.0)

EDIT: okay what is with the fascination with railgun lily

it's such a bad idea yet people have been insisting on it for like a year now

From what I see and from what people tell me im sort of on the fence about them. I never tried it but since I like lily and railguns...fusion!!!

It's either:
- Small moe girl with big gunz = winz
- Psyguns are fun for alpha striking with railgunz

Or something else I won't understand.


Also, you better stick a Handy/Micro Bazooka on dat Lily or she won't hit anything that's flying around and close :v
