I just got her today and would like to put her to some decent use...

So, any build advice? I built her somewhat close to my original Lily Rain, with Float Dash Quick Boost and a lot of extra capa.

Outside of Pump Bazooka builds I really see nothing for her. Even though she has upgraded stats/capa compared to regular Lily, locked parts really inhibit her, and she's still a Lily. Her cost gets ridiculous to accomplish...well, not a whole lot at all:

That cost is insane, thats why I went with the Blast Magnet Gun Mod. I know how effective the Pump Bazooka is, but the massive amount of tuning it'll take is turning me off.

You're on your own with Blast Magnet handhelds. I can't even find examples of joke builds using it.

If you're serious about sticking with it the only suggestion I can make is "tune para".

That hurts, I tuned ammo cuz the Mod has shitty ammo capacity.

Rebuilt, with Paralyze. Man, even with fucking 1.3k Capacity, it's tough to build her up to standards...

Like I've said a bunch of times now, the HD starter moes are just training wheels bots to emphasize the effectiveness of accele roll/air loop/hopping to new players and somewhat guide their cart selection choices; in terms of actual performance they're pretty lacking.

I mean, do something similar on Psycho Formula and you don't even need to take all his capa carts to max out tec and fly and get a load of tgh with it, at lower cost and a much smaller size to boot:

HD starter bots... all is locked... end of the history.

Not good for starters.. they can´t play with builds and can enahnce they bots only with Tunes, and tunes are not for starters, they dont have the mats and UC for it.
