lily rain EVE

im pretty new in this game and i wanted to know if its possible to acquire lily EVE .

if its possible so i would really be greatfull if someone would explain me how.

A more precise answer:

No, it is currently impossible to get Lily Rain EVE. EVE was a top gold gara bot that has already been cycled out.
Your best bet now is waiting for a weekly gara with her to pop up, or a new gara featuring her red/black version.
Yes, it is real cash, not free. A lot of real cash, unless you are lucky. Many of us are not.

anyway i have another question, im using lily rain and i really dont know which weapons to use, someone have recommandations? and is it possible to acquire better items for lily rain? because no matter which item i get it doesnt let me use it....

40 Rt per roll. Expect it to reach like 2000 Rt if you're remotely lucky.

I suggest saving UC and rolling UC gara. If you are lucky, you will pull a Blast Bazooka, which are one of the best weapons you can use on a Lily Rain. Optionally, a Handy Bazooka works, and if you are unable to get that, a Mini Bazooka works fine.
Basically: Blast Bazooka > Handy Bazooka > Micro Bazooka > Mini Bazooka. In my opinion.
Depends on what items you are looking for. I personally think Lily Rain AMs are fine. Replace her BS with Ace Braver, her LGs work fine as well. Nothing else you can change on her.

i never tried a bazooka but i have a mini bazooka in my garage so i would try it, im not sure i can buy any more parts/weapons now bacause i wanne try to get lily EVE (through i know i wont get it xD ) and i only have 17RT....
is there any fast way to get money/these items?

If you know some nice people, you can leech off Haku runs. You get EXP and UC for doing nothing if you have good people carrying you through.
Other than that, the fastest way to get UC is pretty much spamming arena as much as you can.

Buy whatever you need. Lily Rain EVE is not going to be back for a long time. inb4 Cyberstep decides to make me eat my words.

I'd be surprised if she was a candidate for the Ro cubes. But we've had reports of limited edition bots like Ouka being in the cubes so hold on to your balls.

I'm pretty sure EVE, Ivis, and probably the sugoi girls are exempt from the cube drop table.

Both Ouka/Dayu are confirmed for cube, though.
