Psycho Formula hopper or alpha?

I got Psycho Formula from a lucky cube I like its stats and the small size of his BD I want to tune him for the arenas but I dont know which build would work best for this bot hopper or alpha ART. What should I make him? Also I didnt like the COST and DMG of the original AMs of the bot so what other weapons will you recommend for him?

Which BD?

BD1 gets Moving Burst at LV1.

I think 2 (and 3) get Moving Burst at LV9.

Then again he doesn't have quick land so actual hopping isn't going to work.
