Due to how the melee damage formula is set up, str influences damage output heavily. Points are never wasted in str, but if you can't catch your target in the first place there's no point in having it.

A "perfect" build is going to be pretty insane, tuning and statwise.

My opinioin on C.Veil has kinda changed from when I originally built my Ouka. I feel like (for the cost) it's fairly worth it as an escape option, or for taking out melees trying to hound you (which as an Ouka will happen).

One of my Ouka uses Stealth System, and while I do enjoy it, most people don't, so I left it out. If you feel like you want it, feel free to drop some str in order to take it.

Wondering....I can't find boosters that have 3 slots, atm I'm using 2 Accel Sabers bs.1 with 2 slots and 1 with 1 slot...I have a Jikun BS but not 3 slots...and I can't seem to find Byakkou bs either...any suggestions?https://2img.net/r/ihimizer/img85/9803/tey.png

Well you wanted a "perfect" build, but Tonosama Lander BS also works.

I'm saying the best boosters that I can get now, should I aim for 3 tune up places ones, or for a particular one?

The more slots for tuning on a part, the better. At a least case scenario, the slot wont be used.
