If you've been reading (and testing charge weapons) then hopefully you'll know ghost hits are with kagura.

Don't understand why you aren't taking her zero carts since they're pretty much what helps you shutdown/get away from stupid shits.

You still have some wlk stats left, change those techs and htechs alpha into betas.

An utterly terrible combination of Force, Paralyze, and GRapid Beta

Take out Paralyze for a High Shooter or something.
