Frame rate lag Fix for Idiots

So, I've heard you had this problem of frame rate lag..
Solution?

Set Cosmic Break Memory size to "L"

Re-run Cosmic Break to apply memory changes

Task Manager > Right-click cosmic.exe > Set Priority to "High"



Now bend over and lick my feet.
...or go arena/mission/quest.

No this doesn't fix it properly. It will actually give you more graphics lag if your computer is not fast enough.

So far this helps the badd poepl with high end desktop computers who still lags in Cosmic Break EN

People with Low-end computers will not benefit from this.

Low-end computers probably rethink of purchasing Root, rather purchase a new or upgrade your PC to satisfy their gaming needs.

A simple duo core, 2gig ram, 1gig vid card should be enough. (That's my specs)

Max Objects rendered too much is bullshit but even tweaking those, Radeon users still get frame-skips.

it has nothing to do with grapic card I guess..
played on epoch while opening GPU-Z on background, it barely reach 15% GPU usage (NV8600GT)
back 1 years ago, on my OLD PC core 2 duo 2.33GHz, this game barely ever touch 50% CPU usage on Task manager
but now.., on same machine, it stay around 80-92% Usage when I actively moving, when it reach 100%, there you go frame skip.
solution?
upgrade your PC, (I upgraded mine to i5) or wait C.S to optimized the game
or hopefully, someone will find the real fix

6470 rad , and I got frame lag...

This actually fixed my issue I had with CB wanting to fps/freeze lag/blackscreen+crash casue of harukane's issue..

I still fps a little bit but its completely playable now for me.

I went from 60ish , to 38 , so i guess there is something wrong

I use haruka myself, been shot by several harukas/akanes at the same time, never lagged or anything.

Also got a radeon, but a 8670 sapphire.




One problem i do have is that after several hours of gameplay(usualy 4+ hours) i tend do get a couple frameskips, but easily solved by restarting the game.

From what I've heard Haruka/Akane particle effects cause a lot of stress on ATI graphics cards. Either buy a new graphics card, or keep waiting for CS to stop being shit (lol!)
