omega frame skip issues

so when i finished patching up the client, i hoped and prayed the previous reason why i had to leave CB (which was frame skipping so hard that i couldn't even know where my mouse was, let alone type in my user/pass) would be patched. but i guess it hasn't; i'm really trying to start up again for the clan tournament mode thingy so it would be appreciated, if anyone knew any fixes to this, thanks ~
