To be honest, I don't have this frame rate issue everyone been crying about. (or at least very minimal)

Lag looping alphag isn't a new problem, so... *shrugs*
And the frame rate issue is quite hardware dependent, and it isn't often related to the age of the hardwares either, CB's poor programming is likely the sole culprit of this entire bullshit.

Actually the frameskip problem mainly from akane(even if ppl is stupid enuff to alphag with haruka). They are broken but counter-able, like other air fags.

why not? Im fine with the stock stat of the weapons. Tec tune seems not really help much because her weapons have poorly force (except the lighting gun). so the damage wont change much even with highly Tec.
High eagle ( 30HP and 2 fly) seems to be a good tune, i think.

All those tunes are fairly efficient, but...too much cost means you have to focus on one stat, unless it's Assault or something
