If you are counting with Nicole, then she wasn't the last, since they added 1 air and 2 lnds.
But for UC shop? There was only 1 update, which was added Accel Saber, Helingal, Dikaros and Mach Knight one.
Took them 1 year to add 1, ONE new bot.
Well, unless JP has Nicole for UC on the shop.

Good stats, but that expensive... If it's removable... Well, the core must be good to get those stats, unless the parts are really good. Well, even if it's RT, I might buy it, since it's a railgun art. Though if it's a normal railgun...
