I've managed to read the basic stats and equipment of Ouka.

She's a ground type and all her parts and weapons cannot be customized or removed.

On the other hand, she has 2 weapons, both of which swords. The one on her right is both a Primary(Slash) and a Secondary(Slayer) weapon. This means that yes, one of her swords can lock on and possibly even shoot. Her second sword allows her to do an attack called Ouka Raisen. Also, her BD internal allows her to 'Mode Change'. May have something to do with her getting possessed red eyes.

Sadly, I can only post the name of the attacks and abilities, as I've yet to see Ouka in action(and because she's a freaking Garapon bot).
