First problem no sheild, second pierce gun mod? Wutt.... Isn't Scare Drum gun better for DPS...
Third don't use great tunes unless the bot has sheyt tones of capa like Hatigarm Machine and Cyclotes... Scaregant can get 36 walk and decent tough no problemo so why use capa on boost run unless your planning on making a 40 tough, CV tuned tank that can't spare that much space for speed... And since you made it 21 tec I assume you're making a gunner instead of mellee rusher, that means boost run will mess with your aim as your hand will face downwards in boostrun animation...
I suggest replacing baron am with a K-Sheild for survivability but its up to you...
