New theme ideas

Hello everyone,

I'm thinking about doing the theme a little different. I want to change the banner, category icons, background, and maybe the colors. so I was wondering what you guys would like to see differently and how. Remember, just because you suggest your ideas does not mean I'll do it.

I'd like to get the new theme up by New Years so giving me a lot of ideas would be very helpful it making this possible.

I don't think so. That would be a lot of work for one person. One theme is fine.

Maybe change it to something more black honeycomb style.

As for banners and icons. I really don't know.

um, may I suggest?

what about having all the bots as a banner? Or at least make it Lily, Crim, and Laz?

And for the theme, I'd like make it darker like Mew~san said earlier, it saves monitor's energy and everything
Oh and if so, it'll be better if the default color for the text to be changed like into white or other light color

its pretty hard to find a bright text with dark background that doesnt put much stress on your eyes while reading it
black text on grey background is a good choice for a dark design (and no, making the grey darker wouldnt be better, it would screw up the contrast, leading to a similar problem >.>)

Before we think of the new theme ideas... I hope that you can switch between different themes, right? D:

People say "Don't change what's broken" and... Changing the layout might be like YouTube changing it's layout. ._.;

I don't know how many times I have to tell you people but I'll tell you again just so you know. I tried to implement a system to allow use to have multiple themes but the problem was that it wouldn't change a lot of the things I want it to. It would only change the color and background of the forum. Everything else would be the same for every theme which is not what I wanted at all.
