Nicole Malice ...

now, before you go ballistic on me about not searching for this topic... note that i did. but what i found were stuff like fly based, float dash, unrealistic tunes and malices from the shop, not from the gara.


Ok, so i got a gara malice with 0s and locked parts. shit, yes, i agree so far. BUT i've always wanted a malice so this is what i got and im using it.


i've already got figured out the carts: as much capa as needed, short boost, quick land, tough wb, eiw and some sort of guard. blast guard? beam guard? sword guard?


anyway...

here's the thing. the malices i see use as a primary weapon, the STAFF. the inbuilt one, yes. well, ironically, seem to be unable to hit with it... a homing weapon... i can't hit with it... great...

so this is what i thought


get myself a scouter rifle (which i can aim better than homing weps) in my left hand and a Cheer Pom-pon in my right (the one with the staff) and simply have both in hand at one time. (scouter and staff)


now, the thing is those builds mentioned before (that used the staff as a main wep) also have a SHIELD in their other hand for more protection...

tl;dr

should i go for scouter and pompon and tune them for wlk for my malice or go for shield and [insert something else here] and tune for wlk?

Nn. My Malice build won't work since yours is the UC one with 0 slots.

Go with the Scouter Rifle and hophop - What would you do if a melee came up to you and you just spammed staff? With little damage and only a buckler to protect you which will only last 1 hit, POSSIBLY 2? Not going to work.

and don't forget there is a bug that allow us to use WB unlimited of time and WITHOUT boost trouble pinalty, they said they fixed it but it still there. aheue

Erm, I'm not sure why you'd want a weapon with -4 str on a bot that's WB based.

I'd do something like this, even though it's no where near efficient

I prefer Broad Radar over guards carts (also is only 30 cost), basically to keep attention when a LND rusher charges and stuff like that. The sniper sight is for spamming rod from afar and safe
About the Scouter Rifle, like Trill says, affects too much to Dead Eye, just sayin'

scouter rifle takes away 4 str... making it a difference of 1 to tec... making the wb stronger. right? or is this wb based on str?

- Wit lock parts, nicole is 10str-8tec, add EVE omament and ace hearing, she is 10str-10tec so if u add scouter, she become 6str-10tec.
- flint musket, +1fly for 45 cost.

didn't add those.

added berry earrings and some floral something with +1 fly, +1 wlk and +5 capa.


but yeah i guess i can swap them out for that... just gotta take it off of my best bot.

haha, thanks for the advice, maybe this is the chance to use a reset cart

my nicole is handy zooka + random bonus stat giving gun weapon
personally im just better at shooting at people and playing front line gun spammer
all i do is charge up wb and then run up front and go all out alpha strike

maybe if i make a screenie...

but generally end up with like 1k support and like 1-2k damage
so i guess it's ok?

Personally I think you get higher score from damage pts than from support pts.
Plus getting like 3 frags is definitely better than only 0 or 1...

Iono I just like feeling active.
Instead of being a little baby running around with a viper shield or a buckler and just spamming that staff and dying from ag cause you can't deal any REAL damage.

takes at least 3 shots from your staff before they even go down cause of them spamming boost replenish
whereas instant stun with zooka shot.
