Here's one without Handy Bazooka and also, the boost run chart is wrong. So 33WLK 8FLY is still Yellow Tier.

- 34WLK, 9FLY Orange Tier Boost run - Should be Orange Tier.
- Added High Grappler Alpha - Grappler tunes add more to damage than STR does
- No Handy Bazooka - I think you can do fine without it, some people prefer it but some people find that it gets in the way. Trust me, I've tried using MBG + Handy Bazooka with 1TEC, it does really crap damage.
- Changed to Accel Saber BS - 3slots and has 1 extra FLY for your boost run.

Um, so your using a Handy Bazooka with 1 TEC your tuning it with stats... I don't have a Kuten personally so maybe there is a logic I don't see here, like secretly having Renny Lops Mode Change. But really... why would you waste a 3 slot Handy Bazooka like that? I'd love to have one or two... stupid 0 slots. Sorry and now back to actual advice of someone that knows better hopefully.
