If you have the shield, don't put on the RS AM, waste of capacity.

Errr I asked which combination of Force and STR tunes,on the arm would give me the maximum damage for example 1 Force and 2 Str would give me X damage, if 2 Force and 1 STr would give me more than X damage, I would tune it 2 Force and 1 Str. And so on

All I know is moar STR and more Grappler Tunes = Moar damage. (In other words, stop thinking too hard)
Therefore I'd say if you can tune 40STR and 3x Great Grappler without sacrificing mobility then, I'd say go for it.

If u want max state, max str first then if u still hav free capa add some GG. I would tune wlk/tgh first b4 tat.
