New moe bot for Halloween

Looks like a new pumpkin moe bot is coming.

More garatroll, more moe, more lost stuff. Nothing new in the end.

It's already there since 3 days ago=.=I posted in rei's event thread.

It's going to be in the Garapon, need we say more?
