Toybox AM Tuning Empty

I plan on tuning a Toybox AM for missile speed, but what speed tune(s) do you recommend? The 2 Toybox Arms I have are either 2 or 3 slots. Also does speed affect a weapon's homing in any way?

More speed = stronger homing
