Vector bots.

Now first of all ever since this bot came in it really is the similar type of the all hated robot the aquilla girl. Now a new vector robot came in. The Vector raid... With its aura on it can shoot like an aquilla but not for ever.

So tell me, which do you like better?
vector eagle or vector raid?

vector eagle is better

at lease it require skill and not stay in air forever with holy shit 50 fly speed that came out from nowhere.

According to Suguri, the AURA Vector's blaster is weaker and does not refill ammo on WB activation like other AURA bots (i.e: Seiron's HD)

I haven't seen the latter, but the force on his blaster sucks, and that's just FINE by me.

And I'll vote for none. Both Vectors suck ass.

Run at 30+ wlk and u can dodge those blaster with ease.

They both have amazing parts.
Though RAID's blaster is worse, you can throw Blitzelt BS and one of those awesome LL AIR weapons and just go to town with unlimited prop bits and not taking 3 AA missiles to the face.

Just gotta ignore the cost and the blaster, and abuse the AURA.

^ this tho not all bots hav 30 wlk at lvl5 and vectors fill lvl5 rooms

Eagle's above average and versatile.

Raid makes Crim fat if you feed too many to her.

Eagle is pretty good. Most of the hate is from people wanting another round of Sugoi girls or something. VE is like a homing beam gattling with almost twice the force as regular beam gatting (the clip is pretty short, but it still has more in common with beam gattling than other weapons). "if you have 30wlk you can evade it" is a moot point. The homing makes it harder to evade than, say, an LPG, WBG, almost any weapon you can hold actually. Get the positioning right and it nails out a string of high damage. It doesn't damage hard enough to be an almost-guaranteed stun like ah-chan does - but it will still stun on occasion and on back shots. His quick jump activates fast but doesn't take you the full altitude. He has less spare capacity than most other L air bots, but that's a balance detail (his core weapon is better than other L-air bots, after all), as is the lack of Moving Burst. His base stats are pretty decent.

Vector raid is lacking the high damage. Even if you have the parts to make aura worth while, might be better off just using a different BD. Not used one myself though, but it looks like he'd just piss through all the ammo and end up doing less damage anyway?

It's more like 20, and the fact of the matter is you won't be able to hit a target at all if they're moving at a certain angle compared to you, whereas you can just lead your shot more with a non-homing weapon to land the hit.

You're right though in that it's more significant for Eagle than it is for ah-chan/raid; it's a lot easier to dodge individual bursts than a constant stream, especially if you're in restricting terrain that requires you to double back or stop moving.

It's just like streaming bullets in a bullet hell game when it comes to homing blasters though, just keep moving to the side and you shouldn't get hit (unless you're playing a fatty)

Raystag head makes vector raid just a high cost core with crap gun.

Super fun when just hanging out in the lobby shouting out "AUTO BAWTZ TRANZFORM!!!" and doing the flip jump transformation into the air manouvre. Not sure about what else there is to do with it though.

Helingel is like a scary annoyance that eventually kills you because you can't stop it, but it's not exactly tearing you apart quickly.

Vector is only trouble if you didn't see it coming, and even then...

The reason ag is op is because of her 7 full boosts, not the blaster
All you have to do is walk/run straight to avoid the blaster

I've seen people say this, and I think it's both; it's the combination of the high-DPS homing weapon and small, fast, agile core (rather similar to a Seraph, minus the anti-homing). Take away either one and the AG would be a good bot, but not OP. That's also the reason why the Vector series isn't that bad to face; the DPS is lower, it's a much larger target, it's a bit slower, and Raid's AURA just isn't all that useful. The Vector series is what the idea for the AG should have turned into, and the AG should have gotten a standard Altair-pattern blaster for a core weapon.

walking/running straight will just get you hit, strafing left and right avoids it (Relative to your position)

I was gonna make a video of Suguri avoiding my ah chan for like 600 ammo before I killed him, but then I stopped playing. Suppose the person who in control could do it now...
