Color reduction software in need

can someone tell me which software for color reduction to 15 color palette for the skin ??

if there link for it to download would be highly appreciate

I would recommend Photoshop CS2, CS3, CS4 or CS5. Those are all relatively easy to find.. and I am unable to provide you with links for legal reasons.

If you aren't the swashbuckling type, The Gimp is free. It sucks, compared to Photoshop.. but it does the job. (Actually, there is ONE thing that The Gimp does better than Photoshop.. and that is creating small TGA files with alpha transparency. I remember there was this JP program called Yukari that did it. Last I heard though, my clannie said the site was down

Verafice also said he was trying to work this into his tool. Hopefully he'll reply here and just leave a note on how that progress is going.

It's a small application dedicated to pixel artworks.

even with these softwares,do i stil have to colour the image manually?
