A lily doesn't means she must alpha .-. She can perform very well with just standard equips too .-.

enhance int for basic lily is not a requirement, id rather ditch both for blast & beam guard.

the biggest problem i see with that lily is, its bigger, and its less mobile.

If you want actual build criticism, she absolutely needs Float Dash and good fly or you're a free target to everything that moves. Float Dash is pretty much the main NECESSARY cart, mobility is a must. The LGs are of poor choice, the Amateus AM is not a good weapon at all, the BS seems completely pointless when her core has a sub ability. It's really, really poor build really... not trying to be mean.

Other then that, I don't want to feel like I'm here purely to bust your balls, so I'll throw in that she does look nifty visually.

Actually, now would be a good time to get clarification; is this a build discussion/advice thread or something else? It doesn't feel right in this section...

Uhhh... what? 33 tec, below 1k cost. Even a higher level and comes with Float Dash.

get 38 fly.
pump extra into tec if any.

Build Arm BS is useless. Amateus LG is too costly too.

i dont really understand wat ur trying to say, but if ur talking about lily capa,
it will definitely exceed 1k.
good lily players (like EroJun) even have to tune capa on her becuz she doesnt haf enuf capa to be fully utilized.

Making her bigger with still low hp just for style, and especially amateus parts ? In another life you maybe have been my son.

Flint Musket has one slot only, so I put in Great Supply due to it's low ammo capacity and high range and speed. 21 TEC is a Flint Musket breakpoint.

My clanmate was mentioned! Also, how did you know his Lily needed capa?

Topic related: it looks decent enough for battle. You might want to add a better skin to make it look cooler though ^^

someone told me b4, i cant remember who it was but i think it was moonboy, or perhaps EroJun himself.
i only respect 2 lily players in the game, and thats EroJun and Peanut.

& for decent skins, get from JP. for EN skins, the only one i like is Peanut's Miku.

It's perfectly possible to make a working, competitive Lily Rain without using Capacity tunes. For 38 FLY and maximized TEC, you need at least one capa tune though...

Considering using Handy Zook + Circuit Breaker to stop from being high cost

both are around 50 cost normally, both are small too :v

Could you please tell me what parts you used? And how do you get the cat/fox ears?

Those are Fox Ears, not really special. You don't want them, they give no stats..
