Lily Rain EVE is out again?

As for the UC Part in Garapon, doubt it. I wonder if they really did make Lily Rain Eve UC, people would go crazy and Garapon for her right off the spot. Also the fact that she's a little OP since she's Awakened.

I mean, back during a few months after the limited time for Ivis' release ended, they still left the "available through Garapon" pic of Ivis in the catalog.

Other than exchange 50k UC for 50 Rt, pray they release Lily EVE in Garapon and have all the luck of the Gods just so you could get her in 1 roll?

Confirmed since around 2 months ago. Limited time offer, too. A week. That week already past. Now, she's currently unattainable.

Except for maybe through those Lotto Boxes.

She can fire 6 Psyguns. They form her wings and look like fin funnels.

EVE cannon does 100+ damage on Lv 3 shot. Takes around 3 seconds of lock on time to reach Lv 3 charge. Charge Plus reduces that lock on time 'til Lv 3 charge to 1 second(as the normal shot is temporarily defaulted to Lv 2).

Oh and Lv 2-3 shots pierce through.

Oh and she has a secondary that makes Lily EVE Psyguns form an impenetrable shield in front of her for 3 seconds. How impenetrable? It's how you avoid a one-hit kill attack from Kithril, the boss of the EVE's Awakening mission and the antagonist of the Eihwaz story.
